We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and the EU. For other locations, please contact us at info@brianmoore.ca
Processing Times
- Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
- All prints are made to order.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
- Shipments are via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.
Packaging
- Flat prints shipped in rigid mailers with protective sleeves.
- Larger prints rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brianmoore.ca. We will assist you promptly.
Customs & Import Duties (U.S. Orders)
Orders shipped to the U.S. may incur customs fees and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
