Because each print is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or offer a refund.
To be eligible email: info@brianmoore.ca within 7 days of delivery. order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. All orders are put into production immediately after purchase due to the custom nature of our prints.
